Cette probl\u00e9matique se r\u00e9percute principalement sur les contraintes de dissipation thermique et de filtrage passif dans une large plage de fr\u00e9quences. Elle n\u00e9cessite alors des actions aussi bien sur les composants de puissance actifs et passifs que sur les structures et la commande des convertisseurs statiques qui les emploient.<\/p>\n<p>Les travaux de recherche expos\u00e9s dans ce m\u00e9moire pr\u00e9sentent des avanc\u00e9es obtenues par action sur les topologies et strat\u00e9gies de commande des convertisseurs, r\u00e9duisant les contraintes de filtrage li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pollution harmonique du r\u00e9seau et aux perturbations \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques (PEM) conduites \u00e0 hautes fr\u00e9quences (HF). Pour limiter les pertes et le volume des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de dissipation et de lissage, des composants semi-conducteurs \u00e0 large bande interdite (WBG) sont employ\u00e9s, apportant n\u00e9anmoins de nouvelles contraintes sur le plan de la compatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tique (CEM). Des travaux de caract\u00e9risation et de mod\u00e9lisation des composants jusqu&rsquo;au syst\u00e8me complet permettent alors l&rsquo;analyse par simulation des PEM se propageant dans l&rsquo;ensemble d&rsquo;une cha\u00eene de conversion. Enfin, ces d\u00e9veloppements permettent la mise en \u0153uvre robuste des composants WBG au sein de convertisseurs compacts qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient, \u00e0 la fois, de m\u00e9thodes de commande optimisant leur comportement HF et d&rsquo;un dimensionnement \u00e0 volume minimal des bobines de mode commun associ\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ces recherches mettent en \u00e9vidence les interactions entre les travaux men\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle des composants d&rsquo;une part, et de la structure et la commande des convertisseurs d&rsquo;autre part. Les perspectives propos\u00e9es visent \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des actions combin\u00e9es partant des composants de puissance et s&rsquo;orientant vers la conception de syst\u00e8mes complexes multiconvertisseurs compacts, \u00ab propres \u00bb et efficaces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: medium; color: #f07e1c;\">From power devices to conducted electromagnetic interferences:<br \/>\nTowards the design of compact static converters<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f07e1c; font-size: medium;\">Abstract :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Electrical energy is processed by power electronics converters whose compacity is a major challenge, especially in embedded systems. This issue primarily affects constraints in terms of thermal dissipation and of passive filtering in a wide frequency range. It requires actions, both, on the active and passive power components, and on the structures and control of the static converters that use these devices.<\/p>\n<p>The presented research work shows advances obtained by action on the topologies and control strategies of converters, reducing the filtering constraints linked to harmonic pollution of the electrical network and to conducted electromagnetic interferences (EMI) at high frequencies (HF). To limit the losses and the volume of dissipation and\u00a0smoothing elements, wide-bandgap (WBG) semiconductor components are used, however involving undesired constraints in terms of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). Then, characterization and modeling from power devices to the full system allows analysis by simulation of EMI propagation throughout a conversion chain. Finally, these developments allow robust implementation of WBG components within compact converters that benefit, both, from control methods optimizing their HF behavior and from minimal-volume design of the associated common mode coils.<\/p>\n<p>This research highlights the interactions between work carried out at the component level on the one hand, and on the structure and control of converters on the other hand.
