It has wider high-efficiency area, better fault tolerance ability and numerous operation modes, and is perspective in the fields of electrified vehicles. The objective of this PhD subject is to develop different MCM systems for electrified vehicles.For this, this PhD thesis firstly organizes the model and control of a MCM-based vehicle by Energetic Macroscopic Representation (EMR). The use of EMR emphasizes the important couplings, which distribute energy. Through inversion rules, EMR highlights the necessity for introducing energy distribution criteria in the control structure. Then a fast efficiency map estimation method for different EMs are proposed. The elimination of Electrical Machine (EM) pre-design saves a lot of time, which lays a foundation for MCM sizing. Next, a multi-objective-based sizing method for a MCM is proposed, which can ensure lager high-efficiency area, larger torque density and less usage amount of Permanent Magnet (PM). The interest of different MCM systems for different vehicles are compared and analysed. Finally, two kinds of power split strategies of a MCM system are developed. They are compared in terms of efficiency and EM operating property. A reduced-scale Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) setup is established and the strategies are validated in real-time.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f07e1c;\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le syst\u00e8me de Machines Connect\u00e9es Modulaires (MCM) est un type m\u00eame syst\u00e8me multi-machine, dans lequel plusieurs machines \u00e9lectriques sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9es dans un module. Il poss\u00e8de une zone \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 plus large, une meilleure capacit\u00e9 de tol\u00e9rance aux pannes et de nombreux modes de fonctionnement. Il a des perspectives possibles dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s. L&rsquo;objectif de cette th\u00e8se est de d\u00e9velopper diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes MCM pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrifi\u00e9s.Pour cela, cette th\u00e8se organise tout d&rsquo;abord le mod\u00e8le et la commande d&rsquo;un v\u00e9hicule \u00e0 base de MCM via la Repr\u00e9sentation Energ\u00e9tique Macroscopique (REM). L&rsquo;utilisation de la REM met l&rsquo;accent sur les couplages importants, qui distribuent de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Par le biais de r\u00e8gles d&rsquo;inversion, la REM souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&rsquo;introduire des crit\u00e8res de r\u00e9partition de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie dans la structure de commande. Ensuite, une m\u00e9thode de calcul rapide de la cartographie de rendement pour diff\u00e9rentes machines \u00e9lectriques est propos\u00e9e. L&rsquo;\u00e9limination de la pr\u00e9conception de machine \u00e9lectrique permet de gagner beaucoup de temps, ce qui jette les bases du dimensionnement de MCM. En suite, une m\u00e9thode de dimensionnement bas\u00e9e sur plusieurs objectifs est propos\u00e9e, pour assurer une zone \u00e0 haute efficacit\u00e9 plus large, une densit\u00e9 de couple plus grande et un volume d&rsquo;aimant permanent moins important. Les int\u00e9r\u00eats de diff\u00e9rents MCM pour diff\u00e9rents v\u00e9hicules sont compar\u00e9s et analys\u00e9s. Enfin, deux strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9partition de la puissance au sein du MCM sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es sur la base de la strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 optimale. Elles sont compar\u00e9es en termes d&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et de condition de fonctionnement.
