The scalar Sablik model with some improvements has been considered to account for the degraded magnetic properties. It allows to describe both magneto-elastic and magneto-plastic coupling.\u00a0 The identification process is carried out using measured magnetization curves under different elastic stresses and plastic strains. Since the model accounts directly for the plastic strain, a mechanical punching process simulation has been performed using the software ABAQUS.<br \/>\nA finite element simulation of a synchronous machine including the effect of punching process shown the degradation of the magnetic flux density at the punching edges and an increase of the iron losses by about 38%. Finally, the results obtained from the magneto-mechanical simulation have been investigated in terms of the method used to implement the plastic strain distribution in the finite element computation. Two examples have been investigated: a steel sheet and a tooth of an electrical machine. It has been shown that the degradation profile defined by the average value of the strain at each position from the edge does not reflect the real plastic strain distribution. An adjustment has been proposed.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #f07e1c;\">R\u00e9sum\u00e9\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette th\u00e8se porte sur l\u2019impact du processus de poin\u00e7onnage m\u00e9canique sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques des mat\u00e9riaux qui composent les machines \u00e9lectriques. Le mod\u00e8le anhyst\u00e9r\u00e9tique de Sablik qui est bas\u00e9 sur une approche scalaire du couplage magn\u00e9to-m\u00e9canique a \u00e9t\u00e9 consid\u00e9r\u00e9 avec certaines modifications. Le mod\u00e8le permet de d\u00e9crire \u00e0 la fois le couplage magn\u00e9to-\u00e9lastique et magn\u00e9to-plastique. Le processus d&rsquo;identification est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de courbes d\u2019aimantations mesur\u00e9es sous diff\u00e9rentes contraintes \u00e9lastiques et d\u00e9formations plastiques. Le mod\u00e8le prenant directement en compte la d\u00e9formation plastique, une simulation de processus de poin\u00e7onnage m\u00e9canique a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du logiciel ABAQUS pour d\u00e9finir la distribution de la d\u00e9formation<br \/>\nplastique sur le bord de coupe. Une simulation \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis d&rsquo;une machine \u00e9lectrique synchrone incluant l&rsquo;effet du poin\u00e7onnage a montr\u00e9 la d\u00e9gradation de l\u2019induction magn\u00e9tique au niveau des bords de coupe et une augmentation des pertes fer d&rsquo;environ 38%. Enfin, les r\u00e9sultats obtenus \u00e0 partir de la simulation magn\u00e9to-m\u00e9canique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s en termes de m\u00e9thodes utilis\u00e9es pour consid\u00e9rer la distribution de la d\u00e9formation plastique dans le calcul num\u00e9rique. Deux exemples ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9s : une t\u00f4le d&rsquo;acier et une dent d&rsquo;une machine \u00e9lectrique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 que le profil de d\u00e9gradation d\u00e9fini par la valeur moyenne de la d\u00e9formation en fonction de la distance au bord de coupe ne refl\u00e8te pas la distribution r\u00e9elle de la d\u00e9formation plastique.
