En cons\u00e9quence, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques de ses composants sont affect\u00e9es modifiant ainsi les performances de la machine. Cette modification peut \u00eatre r\u00e9versible, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que le mat\u00e9riau retrouve ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s initiales avec la diminution de la temp\u00e9rature, comme elle peut \u00eatre irr\u00e9versible et on parle alors de vieillissement magn\u00e9tique du mat\u00e9riau. Dans ces travaux, nous nous int\u00e9ressons aux effets de la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement sur les caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques du mat\u00e9riau roue polaire (RP) de la machine \u00e0 griffes. Cette pi\u00e8ce massive poss\u00e8de une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie complexe, une composition chimique ainsi qu\u2019un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9laboration diff\u00e9rents de ceux des noyaux magn\u00e9tiques feuillet\u00e9s majoritairement utilis\u00e9s. Afin de s\u2019adapter aux contraintes impos\u00e9es, nous proposons une m\u00e9thodologie sp\u00e9cifique de caract\u00e9risation des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures, bas\u00e9e sur une miniaturisation du cadre \u00e0 bande unique (SST). Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude de l\u2019effet de la temp\u00e9rature montrent une nette d\u00e9pendance en temp\u00e9rature des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectromagn\u00e9tiques, principalement de la conductivit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique, ce qui se traduit par une diminution des pertes par courants induits au rotor. Par ailleurs, au cours du temps, le mat\u00e9riau RP sous contrainte thermique, vieillit et ses pertes par hyst\u00e9r\u00e9sis augmentent. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est d\u00fb \u00e0 la pr\u00e9cipitation des carbures. Par suite, un lien entre la cin\u00e9tique du vieillissement et celle de la pr\u00e9cipitation est soulign\u00e9 et une approche de mod\u00e9lisation de la cin\u00e9tique du vieillissement, en condition isotherme est propos\u00e9e.<\/span><span><\/span><br \/>\n<span>\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span><strong><strong><span style=\"color: #f07e1c;\">Abstract :<\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span>During electrical machine operation, in some hot spots, the temperature may reach high temperature levels. As a consequence, the electromagnetic properties of its components may considerably change, modifying the performance of the machine. These modifications can be reversible and disappear, once the core has cooled down, or the phenomena can be irreversible and then we refer to magnetic aging of the material. In our study, we are interested in effects of the operating temperature on the electromagnetic properties of the claw pole (CP) rotor used in CP machines. This massive component has a complex geometry, a manufacturing process and a material chemical composition different from the usual magnetic cores made of laminated electrical steels. Therefore, to study this kind of magnetic pieces, we propose a specific methodology to characterize electromagnetic properties at different temperatures, based on a miniaturization of the single sheet tester (SST). The characterization results show a clear temperature dependence of the electromagnetic properties, mainly for the electrical conductivity. As a result, the eddy current losses induced in the rotor decrease with temperature. Moreover, over time and under thermal stress, the CP material ages and its hysteresis losses increase. This phenomenon is due to the carbides precipitation.
