La tension pr\u00e9sente entre les deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de l\u2019arbre est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une quantit\u00e9 ind\u00e9sirable car elle peut induire des d\u00e9gradations dans les paliers et, est ainsi mesur\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9ventive. N\u00e9anmoins, son analyse fine pourrait s\u2019av\u00e9rer utile pour la d\u00e9tection de d\u00e9fauts. Comme la tension d\u2019arbre est pr\u00e9sente m\u00eame en fonctionnement sain de l\u2019alternateur, il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9coupler toutes les causes qui peuvent l\u2019engendrer. L\u2019objectif de ce travail consiste donc \u00e0 mener une investigation sur les multiples sources \u00e0 l\u2019origine de cette tension d\u2019arbre afin de pouvoir quantifier leurs impacts respectifs, mais \u00e9galement de d\u00e9terminer la signature d\u2019un d\u00e9faut de court-circuit entre spires ou d\u2019excentricit\u00e9 rotorique. Une premi\u00e8re \u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur l\u2019analyse de machines simplifi\u00e9es dans le but d\u2019isoler l\u2019impact d\u2019un d\u00e9faut donn\u00e9. Deux approches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 partir d\u2019un mod\u00e8le analytique et la seconde \u00e0 l\u2019aide de la mod\u00e9lisation par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis. Les conclusions \u00e9mises par ces deux approches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 analys\u00e9es et compar\u00e9es montrant des concordances qualitatives int\u00e9ressantes. Ensuite, deux turboalternateurs de grande puissance (900 MW et 1300 MW) ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mod\u00e9lis\u00e9s par une approche num\u00e9rique en 2D. Une d\u00e9marche d\u2019investigation syst\u00e9matique a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour caract\u00e9riser l\u2019influence de plusieurs causes afin de cerner et quantifier leurs impacts sur la tension d\u2019arbre. Enfin, une mod\u00e9lisation tridimensionnelle d\u2019un des 2 alternateurs a permis de montrer l\u2019effet des t\u00eates de bobines et ce, en r\u00e9gime sain comme en d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s :<\/strong> Tension d\u2019arbre, machines \u00e9lectriques, m\u00e9thode des \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis, diagnostic, m\u00e9thode analytique  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract :\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The development of new diagnostic tools is compulsory for the maintenance of large generators. The voltage which appears between the two ends of the shaft of the machine is an undesirable quantity because it can induce degradations in the bearings and thus, it is measured in a preventive manner. However, its analysis could be useful for the detection of some given defects. Since this voltage is non-nil even in healthy operation, it is necessary to be able to dissociate all the causes which can generate it. The objective of this work is to conduct an investigation on the multiple sources which can induce this shaft voltage in order to quantify their respective impacts, but also to highlight more specifically the signature of an interturn short circuit or rotor eccentricity. A first study was focused on the analysis of simplified machines in order to isolate the impact of the inherent effect of a given defect without interaction with other parameters. Two approaches were then developed, the first from an analytical approach and the second one using a finite element modeling. Conclusions of these approaches have been analyzed and compared thus showing interesting qualitative concordances. Then, two high power turbogenerators (900 MW and 1300 MW) were modeled using a numerical approach in 2D. An enquiry process was conducted to characterize the influence of several causes in order to identify and quantify their impacts on the shaft voltage.
