La fabrication de cette machine, produite en masse, met en \u0153uvre des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s impactant les caract\u00e9ristiques des mat\u00e9riaux ferromagn\u00e9tiques et donc, in fine, les performances de l\u2019alternateur. Ce travail de th\u00e8se est donc consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tudier l\u2019impact du processus de fabrication d\u2019un stator Slinky (bas\u00e9 sur un enroulement d\u2019une bande de t\u00f4le plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un empilement) sur les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques. Pour ce faire, une premi\u00e8re partie du travail consiste \u00e0 quantifier l\u2019impact de chaque proc\u00e9d\u00e9 mis en \u0153uvre. Le but est de s\u00e9parer les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s les plus fortement impactant. Une campagne de caract\u00e9risation magn\u00e9tique, sur des \u00e9chantillons pr\u00e9lev\u00e9s avant et apr\u00e8s chaque proc\u00e9d\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e.<br \/>\nLes r\u00e9sultats montrent que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019enroulement est l\u2019\u00e9tape la plus destructive \u00e0 cause des d\u00e9formations et des contraintes engendr\u00e9es dans le plan de la t\u00f4le \u00e0 la fois en traction et en compression. L\u2019optimisation de ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite donc d\u2019\u00e9tablir le lien entre les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e9caniques et magn\u00e9tiques. Nous proposons une nouvelle m\u00e9thode de caract\u00e9risation magn\u00e9to-m\u00e9canique. Elle permet de r\u00e9aliser une caract\u00e9risation magn\u00e9tique sous chargement uni axial en traction et en compression. Enfin, nous pr\u00e9sentons des r\u00e9sultats montrant l\u2019\u00e9volution du comportement magn\u00e9tique, d\u2019un mat\u00e9riau FeSi NO, en fonction de la d\u00e9formation et de la contrainte appliqu\u00e9e.<br \/>\n<strong>Mots cl\u00e9s :<\/strong> Mat\u00e9riau Magn\u00e9tique Doux, Caract\u00e9risation, Proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de Fabrications, Machines<br \/>\n\u00c9lectriques.<br \/>\n<strong>Abstract :<\/strong><br \/>\nThe synchronous claw pole machine represents a widely used device, as an alternator, in the automobile industry. The production of this machine implements a line of several processes which impact the characteristics of ferromagnetic materials and, ultimately, the performance of the alternator. Therefore, this work is devoted to studying the impact of the manufacturing processes of a Slinky stator (based on a rolled sheet metal strip rather than stacked sheets) on the magnetic properties. To reach our goal, a first task consists in quantifying the impact of each manufacturing process. The aim is to separate the most detrimental processes. Thus, a magnetic measurement campaign was carried out on samples withdrawn before and after each process.<br \/>\nThe results show that the rolling step represents the most detrimental process due to the generated stresses and strains in the plane of the sheet in both modes (tension and compression). Therefore, the optimization of this process requires setting up the link between the mechanical and magnetic properties. Hence, we propose a new method of magneto-mechanical characterization. It enables to carry out magnetic measurements under uniaxial loading (tension and compression).
