En effet, cet important facteur d\u2019\u00e9chelle reste un d\u00e9fi pour la raison principale que la finesse de repr\u00e9sentation d\u00e9pend du nombre d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments utilis\u00e9s, ce qui implique des tailles m\u00e9moires et des temps de calculs excessifs rendant la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un maillage adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle de chaque milieu irr\u00e9alisable. Ainsi, l\u2019objectif de ce travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 de mod\u00e9liser des empilements de t\u00f4les contenant des d\u00e9fauts  de type courts-circuits entre t\u00f4les avec pr\u00e9cision tout en ayant des temps de calcul acceptables. Cela, en homog\u00e9n\u00e9isant des volumes ne n\u00e9cessitant pas forc\u00e9ment une grande pr\u00e9cision et en laissant telles quelles les zones o\u00f9 se trouvent des d\u00e9fauts  avec une mod\u00e9lisation fine. La difficult\u00e9 se situe au niveau du couplage entre les parties homog\u00e9n\u00e9is\u00e9es et les mat\u00e9riaux h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8nes. L\u2019approche de couplage d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e nous permet d\u2019obtenir directement le r\u00e9gime permanent et de prendre en compte la nature non-lin\u00e9aire des t\u00f4les ferromagn\u00e9tiques. L\u2019approche de couplage a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9e \u00e0 partir de r\u00e9sultats issus d\u2019une mod\u00e9lisation classique en consid\u00e9rant des d\u00e9fauts sous diff\u00e9rentes conditions. Une mod\u00e9lisation thermique a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e pour nous permettre d\u2019estimer l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation de temp\u00e9rature d\u2019un d\u00e9faut. Les r\u00e9sultats de notre approche de couplage  montrent une bonne concordance et d\u00e9montrent la capacit\u00e9 de l\u2019approche \u00e0 mod\u00e9liser un empilement de t\u00f4les contenant des d\u00e9fauts avec pr\u00e9cision tout en r\u00e9duisant les temps de calculs.<br \/>\n<strong>Abstract :<\/strong><br \/>\nThe major difficulty to model lamination stacks with defects using finite element method is the multi-scale nature of lamination stacks. Indeed, this important scale factor stays a challenge, because of the fineness of the representation that depends on the number of elements used, which implies memory sizes and excessive computation times making the realization of a fine mesh adapted to the scale of each subdomain unworkable. Thus, the objective of this work was to model lamination stacks containing short-circuit with precision with an acceptable number of unknowns and computation times, by homogenizing volumes that do not necessarily require great precision and leaving subdomains containing defects with fine modeling. The difficulty of this approach is the coupling between the homogenized parts and the heterogeneous materials. The coupling approach allows us to directly obtain the steady state and takes into account the non-linear nature of the ferromagnetic laminations. The coupling approach has been validated by comparing its results to a classical approach without homogenization, especially considering defects under different conditions. Thermal modeling has also been developed to estimate the temperature rise of a defect. Comparing the results of our coupling approach with a conventional approach shows good agreement.
