Takasaki"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le professeur Masaya Takasaki de l&rsquo;<a title=\"RTWH\" href=\"http:\/\/en.saitama-u.ac.jp\" target=\"_blank\"><span class=\"lien\"><span class=\"lien\">Universit\u00e9 de Saitama (Japon)<\/span><\/span><\/a> est invit\u00e9 au laboratoire ce mois de juin. Il donnera une conf\u00e9rence sur ses travaux le <strong>jeudi 19 juin \u00e0 14h \u00e0 l&rsquo;Ircica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 de l&rsquo;intervention:<\/strong><br \/>\nWhen we draw a line with a pencil on paper, we feel vibration on the pencil as drawing sensation. Our tactile display is to reproduce such sensation. To excite the vibration according to drawing motion, friction control by surface acoustic wave, which is a kind of ultrasonic vibration, was applied. We designed and fabricated an ultrasonic transducer to realize the display. Lithium niobate was used as piezoelectric material to construct the transducer. The fabricated transducer was combined with a pen-tablet. Operators of this display can see projected image under the transducer, because the material is transparent. Now, the operators can draw a line by the pen and also see the drawn lines on the screen. Additionally, ultrasonic vibration applications for mechatronics will be introduced.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>A propos de l&rsquo;intervenant:<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/l2ep.univ-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/M_Takasaki.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3131 alignleft\" alt=\"M_Takasaki\" src=\"https:\/\/l2ep.univ-lille.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/M_Takasaki.png\" width=\"120\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a>Professor Mayasa Takasaki received his B.E., M.E. and Ph.D. degrees from University of Tokyo, Japan, in 1996, 1998 and 2001, respectively. In 2001, he joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Saitama University, Japan, as a Research Associate. From 2006 to 2012, he was an Associate Professor. Since 2012, he has been a Professor in the department. His current research interests include ultrasonic application for mechatronics, surface acoustic wave utilization, and device design for them. Computer interface such as a tactile display is a part of the interests.
