As a partner of the industrial world, the L2EP is committed to collaborating with the latter, as well as with other university laboratories and research institutes on projects of excellence. Here are some examples of the laboratory’s main partners.<\/span><\/p>\n

MEDEE Cluster<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

The MEDEE cluster (Technological Research Centre for the Energy Control of Electric Drives) is an organisation <\/span>composed of academics, manufacturers and SMEs<\/span><\/strong> <\/b><\/span>from the Nord Pas-de-Calais region with the aim of forming research partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n

About 100 partners are grouped together as part of the MEDEE Cluster including the following:<\/span><\/p>\n

Industrial groups<\/span><\/strong>: EDF Group, Jeumont Electric, Alstom Transport, Safran \/ Hispano Suiza, Thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel, Val\u00e9o, Schneider Electric<\/span><\/p>\n

SMEs and micro-enterprises within the region<\/span><\/strong>: (Maia Eolis, Auxel, etc.) and <\/span>outside the region<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Research laboratories within the region:<\/span><\/strong> L2EP, LSEE, LME, Tempo, LAMIH, LIFL<\/span><\/p>\n

Research laboratories outside the region:<\/span><\/strong> ELAP, LEC, Supelec, LGEP, the Amp\u00e8re laboratory<\/span><\/p>\n

LAMEL<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

In order to structure their collaboration around the calculation of fields and jointly contribute to the development of a code_Carmel calculation code, <\/span>EDF R&D<\/span><\/strong> and the\u00a0<\/span>L2EP<\/span><\/strong> set up a <\/span>joint laboratory<\/span><\/strong> in 2006: LAMEL (\u00ab\u00a0Laboratoire de Mod\u00e9lisation de Mat\u00e9riel Electrique\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 electrical material modelling laboratory)<\/span><\/p>\n

MEGEVH network\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

MEGEVH (\u00ab\u00a0Mod\u00e9lisation Energ\u00e9tique et Gestion d\u2019Energie des V\u00e9hicules Hybrides\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 energy modelling and energy management of hybrid vehicles) is a national scientific network whose objective is to initiate <\/span>collaborations <\/span><\/strong>between academic and industrial partners on<\/span> the theme of electric and hybrid vehicles.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Carnot ARTS Institute<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

L2EP is part of the Carnot ARTS (\u00ab\u00a0Actions de Recherche pour la Technologie et la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u2013 research actions for technology and society) Institute, a national organisation whose aim is to promote partnership research for companies and innovation, and develop technology transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n
